Penny Lane’s Intensive Services Foster Care Behavioral Health (ISFC SEBN) program offers foster children an alternative to residential treatment or a group home, by placing children with an ISFC SEBN-supported family. The children receive a comprehensive treatment plan including counseling and in-home services.
