La Cocina screens for applicants based on the following: income level, business ready, product viability, entrepreneurial spirit, and community spirit.,

Documentation Needed to Enroll
In order to apply to the program, you must submit the following: an application, completed business plan, resume, two letters of recommendation for the program, and proof of your current income.
