Legal Aid of Sonoma County's Elder Law Program offers legal assistance to eligible seniors with legal issues including elder abuse, guardianships (of minors), evictions and rental housing issues, simple wills, advanced healthcare directives and financial powers of attorney, plus public benefits suspension or termination (SSI, In Home Support Services (IHSS) and MediCal/Medicare).
