The Immigration Clinic provides a full-range of free legal services to eligible immigrants on a wide range of immigration issues including: political asylum, U visas, deportation defense, DACA, naturalization and benefits eligibility.

People with HIV/AIDS,
People with disabilities,
Resident of Alameda, Contra Costa County,
Must meet income requirements, which vary by person per household. The income requirement threshold is higher for people living with HIV. Visit the website for more eligibility information.
